B Player has a minimalistic UI design. You can use the app for both offline and online playback via URL streams. It covers all the popular formats being used today, including MP3 and FLAC for music, and MKV, FLV, MP4, and others for the video side of things.
It supports hardware acceleration for smooth playback and comes with a built-in file explorer for easier management. It can even download subtitles for your movies and shows when applicable. It does lack additional customization features compared to other similar solutions like MX Player, though.
